To submit your entry by email, and miss out on the 50 bonus points for online entry, you US entrants must gather any contest logs created during the contest clearly showing the following information: All entrants must provide name, address, and email address. US entrants must further provice city, state and zipcode. Canadian entrants must further provide city, province and postal code. Participants from DX countries should additionally provide information required by the postal system in their DX country. In additon all entrants must proide a log or logs reflecting all contacts claimed during the Maryland DC QSO Party. Said logs must at a minimum provide the start time of the QSO, the call sign of the station contacted and the required contest exchange.
Each particpant must a also download and completely fill out the appropriate Summary Sheet for their entry, to include the category of station they operated, and the location of said station if within the borders of Maryland and/or the District of Columbia.
