The menu is essentially unchanged using the same recipes, except as below:
1. Unfortunately, there is no pulled chicken this year.
2. The "smokey black beans" have de-fatted gelatin from both pork and chicken included, as well as bottled "liquid smoke"
3. The Sawmill gravy has black pepper in it instead of white.
4. The sausage I bought for the sawmill gravy was too lean. To make a proper roux I needed to add some butter.
