AARC Jr will set up its 100 watt Field Day operations (That's 100 watts per station, not 100 watts total) on the front lawn of the Grace Evangelical Presbyterian Church at the corner of MD-2 and Birdsville Rd (aka MD-424).
We will operate 4-6 stations (100 watts each) as either 4A or 5A.
Each station will have access to at least two antennas (TBD):
Three 10-80m verticals with radials
two G5RV
two 40m/20m V-beams
160m dipole
10-40m wire beam
10-80m caged dipole
6m Yagi
2m Yagi
We will operate a LAN with UPS for our logging network. Some stations will be wired to the LAN and others via a wireless connection.
All of the stations will use Kenwood radios.
Station 1 - 40m SSB 100W (TS-570)
Station 2 - 20m SSB 100W (TS-450)
Station 3 - 160m/6m/2m 100W SSB 100W (TS-2000)
Station 4 - 10-80m CW 100W (TS-570) with straight keys and paddles and K5 keyer.
