JNOS NODE

Quick Question.  Is the Club's JNOS node operational?  I'm able to get to the club vhf repeater with no problem.  I'm making the assumption that the JNOS Packet station is colocated.  I haven't been able to connect at 1200 or 9600 but have no problem hitting the winlink nodes for the AA club and the Laurel repeater.
