This is to Join or renew your membership. We ask that every person enrolling in a family fill out an individual form but you can pay via one check (just list the callsigns on the check). We do this to ensure that we match member's interests with club activities to keep things fresh and exciting. When you fill out this form you are provided the option to not have your information published in the club roster. We take your privacy very seriously here and as such your personal information is only available to club officers and the webmasters. After you have completed this form, please mail your check to:

Remember to include your call sign on your check. If you are filling out mulitple applications, for example a family membership, please add the total due and include it on one check.
